Samuel has over 20 years of experience working across the transport and banking industries. He led Tower Transit London to become one of London’s best-performing bus operators, having previously worked in Investment Banking with HSBC, Citibank and Itau Bank.
Samuel is one of the few people in the world to combine over a decade of experience in arranging financing for large scale, high-profile bus projects globally – such as Transmilenio, Transantiago and Rea Vaya – in conjunction with the practical experience of managing a bus operating company in the highly competitive London bus market. He holds a Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He has been a speaker for the Latin Finance, World Bank and World Resources Institute transport events.
